Take a walk through an imperial garden
Schönbrunn Gardens
If the Schönbrunn palace with its gardens were a country, it would be the 2nd smallest in the world, slightly larger than the Vatican State, but smaller than Monaco.
The garden is just as impressive as the palace it surrounds. Here, among the symmetric lanes, water-spouting gods, and perfectly trimmed hedges, a world of natural wonders. A perplexing labyrinth, curious antique ruins and the world’s oldest zoo, add to the uniqueness of the Schönbrunn experience.
In between our exploration of the different sections of this green paradise, we will sit down for a coffee and cake at the café Gloriette. From this grand pavilion overlooking the Schönbrunn palace, you will take in the beautiful panorama of the gardens and the city.
Learn in a fun and entertaining way. Humor and great storytelling bring life to this immersive paradise.
After the tour, not only will you be familiar with Schönbrunn historical heritage, but also have great inspiration as to what to do next. Jan has great recommendations for further cultural and gastronomical explorations.
